PPGMR Law Welcomes Tacker and Stobaugh to its Little Rock Office
PPGMR Law adds Sarah Page Tacker and Forrest C. Stobaugh to its Little Rock team.
Tacker will serve as of counsel to the firm. She has spent the past 15 years working in state government in the Arkansas Attorney General's Office and the Administrative Office of the Courts. During that time, she served in various positions at the Attorney General's Office including assistant attorney general, senior assistant attorney general and deputy attorney general, managing the work and staff of the Consumer Protection Division, the Consumer Utilities Rate Advocacy Division, the Environmental Division, the Charities Bureau, the Health Care Bureau and the Tobacco Bureau. She attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law and the University of Central Arkansas, where she graduated with honors.
Most recently, Stobaugh served as a law clerk for the U.S. District Judge for the Western District of Arkansas, the Honorable Susan O. Hickey. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Arkansas and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law. During law school, he served as a note and comment editor for the Arkansas Law Review and won Best Brief in the annual Ben J. Altheimer Moot Court Competition. Stobaugh also received the 2018 Bard Rogan Natural Resources Award, which is awarded annually to the top student in the areas of oil and gas law, public lands law, water law and energy law.
