EPA Withdraws 2016 Oil & Gas Info Request

The Environmental Protection Agency has withdrawn its 2016 request for information from the oil and gas industry with immediate effect.  Oil and gas companies may disregard any previous letters from the EPA requiring them to fill out either an "operator survey" or a "facility survey."
