Governor Appoints New Public Service Commissioner

On Monday, November 21, Governor Asa Hutchinson named Kimberly O'Guinn to fill the empty commissioner seat on the state's Public Service Commission.  Ms. O'Guinn worked for sixteen years for the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality and previously for both the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality and NASA.  She replaces outgoing Commissioner Lamar Davis and will serve a six year term.
