Isabella M. Schmidt-Pestka

Isabella was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. She attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish. During her undergraduate years, she interned at the Attorney General’s Office in Little Rock under Leslie Rutledge where she worked in the Special Investigations Division and the Community Engagement department.

After receiving her bachelor’s degrees, she furthered her studies in Spanish at the Universidad de Salamanca in Salamanca, Spain. She then returned to the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where she obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration. Shortly thereafter she attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree. During her time in law school, Isabella joined Delta Theta Phi and worked in the Tax Clinic for two semesters. She worked as a part-time teacher teaching English as a second language to children living in China.
