Clara O. Rankin

Clara was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. After graduating high school from Mount St. Mary Academy, she attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance with a concentration on Real Estate. After college, she attended UALR William H. Bowen School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree.

While in law school, she served as the Justice of the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity and volunteered in the Mediation Clinic where she acted as a co-mediator in cases involving allegations of child abuse and neglect, special education, small claims issues, and access and visitation disputes. At PPGMR, Clara will focus her practice primarily on family law, estate planning and real estate matters.
