Arkansas Solar Services Legislation Passes in Senate

Answering the demand for innovations like solar energy and new technologies with "big picture” legislation - the Senate Insurance and Commerce Committee passed Senate Bill 145 with hopes it will use the States’ unique attributes of available land and geography to become a key player in the solar marketplace, add enterprising jobs and economic opportunities, and provide affordable clean energy for Arkansas and the marketplace.
