Micah Goodwin joined PPGMR Law as an attorney in 2015 and is admitted to the bar in Arkansas. Mr. Goodwin represents businesses, utilities, and individuals in environmental, water, oil and gas, and commercial disputes. He has an active litigation practice in Arkansas state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate level. He regularly represents clients in front of state administrative agencies and provides counsel on regulatory matters. Mr. Goodwin was a part of the trial team that obtained a $72 million jury verdict in Lion Oil Co. v. National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, PA, et al. No. 13-1071 (W.D. Ark.).
Mr. Goodwin attended law school at the University of Arkansas School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude, served as the Managing Editor of the Arkansas Law Review, and was President of the Environmental Law Society. Prior to law school, he attended Centenary College of Louisiana where he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. While at Centenary, Mr. Goodwin played collegiate soccer and worked for the Honorable Andrew Gallagher on medical review panels and ad hoc bench assignments.
